The key code for the building lock was easy to use once we figured out the trick. the bedding was comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with a convenient hotel across the street for snacks and lattes.

There was no reception at the hotel, but the staff were quick to respond to emails. our used towels sat for 24 hours before they were collected.

This was my second stay at RPTA and I always feel safe and secure. The separate codes for the front door, elevator, and unit provide added security. The units are well-stocked and immaculately clean. Conveniently located within walking distance to entertainment, restaurants, and activities, RPTA is my first and only choice when staying in Spokane.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!
